I have purchased 3 homes now with Clausen Ely and doing business with him and the whole team has been a breeze. Clausen is extremely response/easy to reach, knows the local market very well, clearly has my interests in mind and has made the process pretty close to painless every time. Not to mention he is a really nice guy and enjoyable to spend time with. At this point I wouldn't even consider doing business with a different realtor.

Clausen was able to do what other realtors couldn't. Story below. We decided to sell a rental property and initially listed it with a family friend. We priced the property below comparable homes hoping it'd sell quickly and avoid additional mortgage payments on a vacant property. Our relator struggled to generate interest and I turned to Clausen who told me our price was extremely aggressive. He assured me he could move the property in 30 days. On July 1 I gave Clausen the listing and we received an offer at full asking on July 28!

We had a great experience! In March we bought out first home in Baltimore City. Being first time home buyers can be scary. Clausen was extremely knowledgeable about every street in the city we looked on. Although COVID was putting a strain on the process, he was responsive to all of our questions, concerns, and was able to show us houses almost immediately after they went on the market. He recommended reliable inspectors and our closing process was seamless. We are so pleased and happy in our new home! Thank you Results 1 Realty!!

Wow! Clausen Ely made buying my condominium in Silo Point painless. Clausen and his entire team at Results1Realty were professional, thorough, and worked for my interest.  They explained everything and helped me every step of the way.  Since Clausen is licensed in D.C., he helped me assess and market my condo which sold quickly.  So far they are the best real estate company I have ever worked with in three states.  Professional, experienced, and helpful. I can't say enough good things about the entire staff.  I  highly recommend.

Clausen helped us get our house sold within just days of listing above asking price! He helped ahead of time by identifying what small fixes would help get our house ready to sell and look it's best. His recommendations for different contractors to work with for these fixes and post home inspection fixes were spot on - affordable and great quality. Clausen kept us informed throughout the process of how things were progressing, and was always available to answer our questions. We have been doing business with Clausen Ely since 2011. In all that time, I find him to be extremely honest and very quick in responding to needs I had while renting my property after I retired. This year we decided to sell the property. Clausen gave us excellent advice on how to prepare the property for sale and he came up with a price that met our needs and was competitive in the marketplace. We sold the home in a little over one month and are very happy with the outcome. Clausen is easy to work with and very knowledgeable about real estate in the area. I most highly recommend him.
